A few things that help.
- What you're trying to do. A paragraph, not a spec. We'll ask the rest.
- Roughly when you need it. Even "soon" or "no rush" is useful.
- Budget range, if you have one. Helps us tell you straight away if we're in the wrong neighbourhood.
- Whoever else should be on the reply. Happy to loop in colleagues from the start.
