Privacy

The short version

This site uses Plausible Analytics, a lightweight, privacy-respecting tool that counts page visits in aggregate. We use it to understand which pages get read, in broad strokes. It does not set cookies, does not collect personal data, does not record IP addresses in any retrievable form, and does not follow you to other websites or feed any advertising network. The script is proxied through our own domain, so analytics requests stay first-party and aren't visible to third-party intermediaries.

Beyond Plausible, we run nothing else: no Google Analytics, no fingerprinting, no advertising trackers, no cross-site identifiers, no session replay tools.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser user-agent). These are used only for security and operational purposes, kept for a short period, and never shared with anyone outside the hosting service.

If you write to us

The contact link on this site opens your email client and sends a message to zak@tahleelconsultancy.com. We hold that email and any reply thread for as long as the conversation is active, plus a reasonable archive period afterwards. We don't add you to a mailing list, sell your details, or pass them to anyone else.

Your rights

If you've been in touch and want a copy of what we hold, want it corrected, or want it deleted, email the same address. We'll act within a reasonable time, generally one working week.
